Our goal is to provide customers with an effective test solution
and detail-oriented test program that will help reduce the test
cycle and save money on existing and upcoming platform goals.
Wailua delivers results to customers by combining industry expertise
and organizational knowledge with proven test solutions. Wailua
provides manufacturers with data that will help mold a supplier’s
product line, facilitate the manufacturer's vision, and accelerate
a platform’s time to market.
Test Experience
Testing includes how a manufacturers customer will respond
to a product or platform’s highlighted functionality and
ease of use in a working environment. This includes integration
between your product with existing products/platforms or creating
and implementing new testing situations.
Some of the products we have tested include Optical Drives, SCSI
Disk Drives, IDE Disk Drives and Fibre Channel Disk Drives. Also,
commercial and consumer products such as: PCMCIA Cards, Sound
Cards, Modems, CF Cards and Access Points.
Wailua has extensive experience in both development and test
phases on SAN, NAS and DAS products for major computer manufacturers.
These include storage solutions for Compaq/HP, Hitachi, Procom
and Network Appliance.
Wailua can satisfy customers
test initiatives in three ways
- Device testing
- Wide Area Test, controlled test bed;
and
- Wailua’s Reality Test will imitate a customer’s
experience on tested product. This provides valuable data on
how a product or platform will perform in the real world.
Process Summary
Planning - We will work closely with each customer
to develop a suitable test plan based on product requirements.
Implementation - Our Team will, with full knowledge
of test plan, work with customers assigned contact to ensure compliance
of all requirements outlined in planning stage.
Reporting - Reports will be generated on a weekly
basis. Some projects may require more timely reporting periods.
Additionally, Wailua will provide an end-of-test report and is
eager to assess project performance.
Resources - Wailua’s engineer’s bring
decades of experience into the testing arena. Our experience translates
into high quality test services and solid results. Our staff includes
network engineers as well as system engineers, test engineers,
and software developers.
Lab Services
Functionality Testing:
Functionality testing is designed to verify the product performs
as expected and documented. Wailua utilizes the specification
as documented by the designers of product line as a guideline
for the expected product response. Tests are designed to impact
specific functions and the results of the tests.
Q/A Testing:
Assure that each product being delivered by a manufacturer to
its customer is of high quality.
Regression Testing:
Testing issues during software and hardware development. This
is essential for manufacturers and second generation products
that are under development.
Sustaining Testing:
Wailua will develop test plans for new products that need testing
against legacy hardware and software.
Certifications:
Windows, Linux, Netware certifications.
Custom Testing:
We can develop or work with you to design a test plan for sustaining
existing and new projects.
